Meet Cheryl Reif

Cheryl Reifsnyder lives and writes in sunny Boulder, Colorado. She has a PhD in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology (MCDB, if you want less of a mouthful). She puts that degree to use writing about science, nature, health, and medicine for both young people and adults—but she writes about anything else that tickles her fancy as well!

Her writing has also received awards from Highlights for Children magazine, the Pikes Peak Writers Contest, and the Friends of the Decatur Library Writing Contest.

You can find a more-or-less complete list of Cheryl’s publication credits for children’s writing here.
